Cuts ink cost almost in half. Service is excellent. Never having to run out or think about buying ink is a real plus.

So far, plan has worked well, notifying user of pages printed and sending replacement cartridges before being needed.

The best way to manage how much ink you use. You want have to worry bout running out of ink.

My friend had told me to get this program as you never run out of ink. It's so easy within a week had my first refill.

They sent me a refill before I needed it, so I'm ready when my printer says I need new ink!

Did not realize that the purchase of this product added to the ink plan offer by HP, was a great surprise.

But the colored ink runs out quick if you plan on printing photos. Not too fond of that.

not happy with it. they told us in the store our printer "should" work for the program. sold us the program with a discount coupon but when we tried to set it up our printer was not able to be used with the program. too much hassle to go back to the store for a $3 refund. im sure its a good program if they take the time to make sure its good for you!

I like the instant ink. It took three weeks to get it set up. Now when I log into instant ink it says that I only have three months free. My purchase says six months free. This is a mess! I am trying to get Best Buy and the Geek Squad to correct it.
