Have tried several different options. It wouldn't let me connect with direct internet connection. Perhaps it works for a lot of people but in our small town where wireless internet is still iffy, it's a problem. Will continue to work with HP, etc. to try to resolve issue.

Reached my initial page limit during setup and printer problems. So I had to changeto a higher plan. Have only been on the plan for 2 weeks. So far I’m not impressed and don’t know if I will continue.
