I am still in the 5 month try for free - but love it. Never worry about running out of ink

Getting the ink cartridges through the mail automatically is much easier than running to the store when you need one

Easy to use and is a pleasure not having to go to store to pick up

This plan saves you so much money on ink. Especially if you are not one to use a printer often.

Having a lot of problems getting this to connect to my wireless internet to complete the set up. Have tried several different options. It wouldn't let me connect with direct internet connection. Perhaps it works for a lot of people but in our small town where wireless internet is still iffy, it's a problem. Will continue to work with HP, etc. to try to resolve issue.

Ink never runs out. No rushing to stores for last minute ink purchase. It's already in the office. Great program.

Since the pandemic I've been working from home and doing a lot of printing. Don't like being limited to amount of pages I print. If I go over, I get penalized and charged per page batch. Feel like Big Brother watching.

This is a great program I got at Best Buy when I bought my printer. It is cost effective and worry free!

Will get expensive if you print a lot. It is a good concept though!

Wasn't sure at first but it has been an easy way to keep ink level up. Without having to remember to do so.
