    We've had to go out an buy ink twice because the printer said it was out and we hadn't received any in the mail. The first time was a false alarm, but we couldn't tell that until we got HP help desk on the phone, which wasn't easy. The second time we were in fact out, and we hadn't received any supply. Wish it worked as advertised...

    Seams to be a great deal if you print a lot. We got it because we run out of ink or it dries up. Like the automatic refill.
