    Idea seems good, but 2 things bothers me. I was not aware I had only a certain amount of time to activate the card before I was able to get extras offered. 2nd, you have to leave a credit card number to be charged in order for it to be automatic. Why not give other options?

    We probably would never use this refill by mail program. I imagine ink cartridges stacking up unused.

    I grabbed this Instant Ink card without looking at the fine--very fine--print. It was for a new account. I already had an account and was wanting to add funds to it without having to use my credit card. I was able to resolve this problem through HP support. Overall, I do not have any complaint about the instant ink program HP offers.

    Got this for free for the purchase of the printer, which has had so many issues due to ink, connection, etc... The ink itself is quite expensive and doesn't last long, and paying for the monthly plan is quite costly as well since the ink doesn't last long.
