    I am thinking this is operator error but I have yet to receive any ink. I set it up through my printer and received the email confirmation. I actually had to replace one color and I never received an email or anything asking or telling me that an ink replacement was on the way.

    We've had to go out an buy ink twice because the printer said it was out and we hadn't received any in the mail. The first time was a false alarm, but we couldn't tell that until we got HP help desk on the phone, which wasn't easy. The second time we were in fact out, and we hadn't received any supply. Wish it worked as advertised...

    I always get his because it watches my ink levels and sends me ink before I need it.
