Can't use this for free plan

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HP Instant Ink also has a 15 pages free plan where you can upgrade after sometime if the usage is higher. this card can't be used to sign-up and upgrade, which seems like HP wants you to purchase a expensive plan than desired. however nevertheless, the credit is useful.

Doesn’t fit my printing needs.

Since then, I’ve only printed a few pages. Yes, you can rollover a certain amount of pages for a certain amount of time, but you cannot accumulate what I needed for bulletin boards. Also, the monthly fee is the same regardless of whether your printer is an ink hog or an economical wonder. I prefer to pay for exactly what I want to use with no restrictions. I would go WAY over some months and pay ridiculous overage fees, then be way under for several months and roll over unused pages only to reach my limit. Just doesn’t work for me!
