    I was sold two packages and only needed one. and best buy would not refund or return it. I also canceled plan with hp. I had receipts also.

    We can't get the printer to link up to the computer. Never happened before. Qe have a 4 year geek squad replacement guarantee but called the nimber, waited 30 min and it hung up on us. Not happy.
