honestly this deal is awesome!! u can't beat the offer on ink.

I don’t like the options available. Because of the current situation of being stuck at home, yes having your toner shipped to you before you run out is so convenient. However, I don’t have a set idea of how many pages I’ll need to print each month. What if I only print 1 page this month and 60 pages next month? Why do I want to be charged $1.00 per page for going over my plan? What about rollover pages? Or just charge me what when I need toners? So lame. I’ll be happy to stock up on my own toner and s service.

I love the simplicity of this program. I never have to worry about running out of ink again.

Be Aware, this item is only good if you plan on having your printer connected to the internet ! Otherwise, copy ran are not monitored thus you are just having ink randomly sent you which is marketing strategy ! Just saying, buyer beware !

I don't think any of what I will say is the fault of Best Buy -- but here goes. I purchased the instant ink card when I bought my Desk Jet. Then I tried to opt into the plan -- the lowest number of pages per month -- AND was UNSUCCESSFUL. Somehow I received another card -- at the cost of another five dollars -- and had no success with that. So I have given up on that monthly plan and have returned to my previous way of replacing my cartridges! I don't know if others have the same problem -- perhaps at the age of 83 I should not have tried a new way of getting ink!!
