    We can't get the printer to link up to the computer. Never happened before. Qe have a 4 year geek squad replacement guarantee but called the nimber, waited 30 min and it hung up on us. Not happy.

    Be Aware, this item is only good if you plan on having your printer connected to the internet ! Otherwise, copy ran are not monitored thus you are just having ink randomly sent you which is marketing strategy ! Just saying, buyer beware !
