    Waste of money. I would not receive the cartridges before they ran out of ink and would have to go to the store to buy cartridges. Cost me more. Plus, when I cancelled, they charged for an additional month. I have to now dispute the charge.

    unfortunately having more than one email caused a problem to redeem and the email I used on printer didn't match with email on purchase. BUT.... the subscription service I purchased later has been great.

    The gift card was nice but I don’t think that I like this. I feel like I should be able to print until the ink runs out, without having to pay $1 extra because I went over my plan pages for the month
