    This came as part of my printer purchase and as far as I am concerned it is useless. I do not print enough to make this package even remotely usable. Check your paper/ink costs carefully before you buy this item. I, personally, cannot see any value in it.

    The price and quality of the product,appear to be satisfactory. The instrctions and Best Buy support was unsatisfactory.

    I didn’t like this printing program at all!! Being controlled over how many pages you print per month and being charged if you go over certain amount is not the best option out there. If you get the 50 pages per month you will end up with a pile of inks because your ink won’t finsh after printing 50 pages...I’m keeping it until the trail period ends but will cancel as soon as the period ends. Perhaps the Bestbuy program is better because you will get your ink when it is done and not depending on the number of pages printed.
