    I ordered two Gift cards. I redeemed one without any problem but for 2nd one, I always received a system error. I have to reach out to HP support to redeem that.

    I usually print things at work & just print a little from home. It would not be cost effective for me since I only have to replace my ink just once or twice a year & I mostly just use black ink.

    HP Printer Only Worked For Two Weeks. HP Service Said it Needed to be Within Five Feet of Router. If I Could get it That Close I Would Run Wire. Best Buy Did All They Could Before Finally Taking Product Back Will Purchase Different Brand from Best Buy

    I am still using the cartridges that came with the machine and my 1st replacement shipment has already been shipped. I will probably cancel and I don't print enough to make this worthwhile for me

    So far this doesn’t seem to be very accurate. It said in my monthly statement I only printed like 5 pages. I printed at least 3x’s that in a month. So I’m already low on ink, again and it thinks I’m great on ink. I don’t print offline either. It’s a majority of postage labels, then miscellaneous sheets. But I’m not sure why it’s not even close to what I actually print. I’m in the $4/mo option. But if I’m going to have to run out for ink because my label didn’t print, I may as well not use this service.
