Could not get the activation code to work when I was using my phone. Need to get ahold of customer service to see how to get the code to work so I get a few more months.

My granddaughter is entering 5 th grade and needed this.

When I bought a new HP All-in-One, I purchased a set of cartridges at the same time I enrolled in Instant Ink. Had to start with an abnormally large print run, but wasn't concerned about going over plan amount since it was my ink that was generating pages. Not so. Even though HP can sense when an Instant Ink cartridge is installed and enable it only when an Instant Ink subscription is active, HP charged me for the pages that were generated with the ink I purchased. Wasn't able to cancel the plan until the billing period was up so continued to pay for pages generated with the ink I purchased with the printer. The billing period finally rolled around and I was notified curtly that the cartridges that were mailed would not work because I was no longer a subscriber, and that I must return the cartridges. Very disappointing service that will make me rethink HP the next time I purchase a printer.

I thought this product was a great idea- automatically get ink mailed to you when it gets low. However, there is a catch- you need to know how much printing you do in a month. For me there are some months that I do minimal printing (I purchased the 50 sheets per month) then other months where I am way over that- causing an addition fee per page. When I tried to cancel it, it states that your ink that you currently have will not work once it's cancelled. I have since purchased ink and once it comes in I will cancel this service.

Even though I haven't used I think this is a great idea.

The ink is readily available at the store or online. The automatic shipping requires putting a credit card on file with the service.

Unknown Brought for brother. Not sure he even used it. Brought him a printer and he couldnt get it set up so he put it in the trash without telling me. Sorry cant give you info

i purchased the instant ink, and could not use it. i spent hours with support trying many codes to activate this card, to no success, i purchased this and can not use it.

This ink service is good! However, you need to make sure your printer stays connected at all times. If your printer is not connected to the internet, hp will not be able to keep track of how much ink is left in your printer.

I purchased this with my printer. During the on-line registration, I was given the choice of using this certificate or getting 3 months of free service. I selected the free service, hoping there would be a way to activate the certificate later, but found no way to do so. I gave this 2 stars because of 1 because I contacted HP's on-line support and they were able to activate certificate for me. I'm also not sure if I'll keep the ink service because they count pages, not the amount of ink used so if you print a lot of pages that don't use much ink, this service can get very expensive.

I really like this idea but I am actually not sure if I actually am using this program. I tried to sign up but never received a confirmation. I will eventually find out when a bottle of ink knocks on my door.

I send a lot of money on ink lets see if this is cheaper

We purchased this when we got our printer but have yet to receive any ink. Have been charged but still no ink shipped. They said the printer needs to be linked to the computer.

The "Instant Ink" service from HP works best for the price if you print 50 pages per month or more. It makes the ink a more affordable commodity, but for a home-user like me, it tends to encourage waste of paper.

HP Instant Ink is a great value, and so convenient.
