Didn't get to use it because when I went to scratch the code off to load online it took the numbers with it.

If you are setting it up for your college student - make sure you plug in the printer & get it set up in order to get the code for the enrollment kit.

It came with the purchase of my printer, and I only print maybe once a month, so it was not cost effective for me. If you print a lot, it may be more cost effective.

A bit confusing on how it works. Good idea if you do a lot of printing. Maybe not so good if you printing every now and then.

these are very costly inks for common man with no value . We had one at home but we use very carefully

For the price not sure if it’s worth it yet but for convenience it is. Almost out of ink and the new ink showed up before I noticed, drop in and went about my day.

Received this as a gift. Sometimes i need more anf Sometimes less ink. Haven't found a happy medium.

I do a lot of printing but since I don’t have internet access I cannot enroll in there great ink program. I defiantly feel like I’m being punished because I cannot afford the internet

The card came as described, but HP instant ink isn't worth the price. Just buy a normal ink cartridge and save yourself the hassel.

So, tried to install Instant Ink and error message said it was already installed. Tried again, and it changed the printer brand name to something else. Tried again, and couldn't finish it. Called for help. They tried or over an hour to no avail. Bumped it up to programmers and was told they have no ideas. No instant ink. They did send the new cartridges though but can not track what we are doing.

I just learned that if you cancel this service then you provide ink cartridges will not be recognized.

I don’t think auto refill is good since the ink for the printer I chose runs out so fast. So for this particular printer I didn’t use this feature

I love the fact you don't have to worry about running out of ink. However, I hate getting charged for ever page even when some of them are blank or nearly blank.

Send me a defective black in cartridge. No printer is defective and will not print black. Besides the mess, HP's solution is I send them more money and buy a new printer direct from them, for more than I paid for the original printer. Polite outsourced foreign technician, but only knows how to say no 100 different ways. Bottom line this instant ink program sent me a defective cartridge and now I am out of luck.

I PURCHASED THIS, AND WHEN I GOT HOME I DID NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO ENTER IT, OR WHAT IT ACTUALLY WAS, SO I HAVE NEVER USED IT, I COULD NOT FIND MY RECEIPT SO I STILL HAVE IT UNUSED.

I maybe print once or twice a quarter. I feels like I am replacing whole cartridges often because these are dry. Wish HP would fix this.

Bought this for my printer, only to find that it isn't equipped to handle Instant Ink. Look closely before you buy this to make sure your printer is able to accept it.

I've only had it for less than a month. It already sent me new ink and I did not need it. Thank goodness I was still on the trial. I don't know if I would recommend it yet.

Disappointed when I came home and tried to install it but it says it is not compatible with my printer that I bought, I wish the sales guy would have told me that before I spent the money.

The value of the instant ink program is just ok. It would be nice if they reduced the price further.
