Not sure if t really saves me money or not. It would be nice if they provided a comparison based on my usage.

Seems like a great idea Not sure how many pages I print/month so bought the smallest plan Waiting for sample ink to be gone so havent started using plan yet

I rec'd a coupon for instant ink and this is my first year using it so I'm anxious to see how it goes,

It’s an alright deal but nothing great, guess i would recommend because it came free with the printer i bought

Quick and easy to add into the hp account. It’s what is expected

canceled this ink as i now have a canon not an hp . As i could not connect the hp printer to my pc.

You’re going to need this because some of the hp printers run out of ink fast. It’s a cool option though

I told the salesman that I was going to hard wire the printer. He still sold me the ink program It does not work unless you have a wireless system.

We started the HP instant ink when we bought the printer. HP makes that an easy decision by giving 3 months free. I do have some concerns. If you drop out of the program, HP will disable the ink in the printer. I can see not sending you any more ink, but disabling the ink in the printer is wrong. We were going on vacation for 2 months, I tried to put the program on hold - I spent over an hour on the phone and eventually gave up.

When I bought it I thought that everything would be fine. Then put it in and I had to fill a one-year contract if I wanted to use it.

Turned out it would not work for my printer because after talking with people at HP they said it would not work with the HP printer I had. I was disappointed because I have been doing a lot of printing and I did not want to buy a new printer like they recommended.

Spent over an hour with hp support trying to get it to connect with no luck. They wanted me to have our wireless provider redo our server. REALLY?

I am using this program for my new printer and so far have been satisfied. The online dashboard is easy to use and simple to understand.

I tried to register as instructed by clerk and could never get it to work. I hope there are no charges involved as indicated by the clerk.

When Informed of low ink, twice in 1 month, it was supposed to be auto delivery to our home but it did not work out that way.

I think if you need paper or ink and have the Best Buy card just go get it at a local Best Buy store and get a discount either way.

These ink cartridges do run out of ink quickly! It's great to get replacements in the mail though, saves multiple trips to the store.

It’s ink. It’s expensive. I’m not too impressed with it.

I had to buy black ink. Have not received any ink from HP after signing up and paying for this.
