I was shown this card so I can save on ink for my printer and I was told that I can use it for my printer but when I went online to register it, I found that the number model on my printer was not on the list. So I couldn't use the card.

Got home and completed setup. When it got to the part to identify printer it told me “This Printer Is Not Supported Under this program.” Then it gave me a list of printers supported. So I was not going to buy another printer. Ripoff!!!

Turns out in my case, with the little amount of printing we do, it would cost us more than current cartridge purchases. Keep in mind this program you pay monthly for is only for a discount on cartrides and based on the amount you print.

Since you mentioned that you don't print as much as the plan allows for, what I'd recommend is switching to our free 15 page a month plan. If you think 15 pages will suffice for how much printing you do monthly, you can visit this link for more information: HPinstantink.com

Their "Instant Ink" program is also very troublesome, and once signed and contracted with "Instant Ink" you cannot resign from the contracted program without loosing the ability to use your printer(s). (At least this has been our experience so far.) We have sense been forced to purchase additional printers, (other brands now of Course) in order to continue our business needs thanks to the inability to use our previous "HP" printers which was a very expensive lesson.
