    Ok if you print on a regular basis. I only print a few times a year, so I’m not using.

    I just had to replace my HO printer and went with one that offered Instant Ink - as I have used it on old printer and love the convenience and lower cost. I spent 2 hours on the chat line and they still can’t get me connected. I spent over $100 on Ink cartilages in less than one month - frustrated.

  • Not A "Quick and Easy" Enrollment Process

    I tried to enroll in the Instant Ink program but could not proceed because enrollment required my Snapfish password. Because I did not have a Snapfish account or smartphone, I called HP. I was advised to contact Snapfish directly to resolve the problem. After contacting Snapfish, I decided not to pursue the matter further. Probably OK for those buyers with a Snapfish account and password.

    Haven't used the instant ink yet. I'm sure it will work out for a person that doesn't print a lot.

    The new cartridges did arrive as advertised. The HP site does seem to keep track of the number of pages printed.
