Pay and don't Work

Not A "Quick and Easy" Enrollment Process

Because I did not have a Snapfish account or smartphone, I called HP. I was advised to contact Snapfish directly to resolve the problem. After contacting Snapfish, I decided not to pursue the matter further. Probably OK for those buyers with a Snapfish account and password.

Can’t get Instant Ink Installed

I spent 2 hours on the chat line and they still can’t get me connected. I spent over $100 on Ink cartilages in less than one month - frustrated.
