    I bought this prepaid card and its not even compadible with my printer! I was told by the HP rep that i can get the refill for the printer i was buying but when i went to register it kept saying my printer model was not eligible. Very disappointed

    When I activated Instant ink ther was no code after scratching back of card, but HP helped me thru it.

  • Does not work with Ethernet connections.

    The ink refill program does not work with an Ethernet connection. I was told it would. I have purchased this card and have not gotten anything in return. I called customer service to only be left on hold and eventually hung up on several times. Not a happy customer!!
