Can’t figure out how to make this work & get my print cartridges

Love the idea and concept of never running out of ink and no need to go to store

I decided not 2 sign up for this because I do so little printing.

Easy to do , but have not needed to use it yet . Convenient

Do the math and you'll see the monthly cost isn't cheaper than buying new ink.

compromise for ordering minimum ink without running out at a later date

Im not so sure if product is good, havent really been able to take advantage of it.

I received the wrong printer cartridges. I need to exchange them.

Not able to use on my printer I have an HP printer but not all printers are able to use this product and did not state on the card until you go to register it Nothing against Best Buy it obviously from Hp

I don't have to make a trip for ink and the first two months are free.

I am returning the printer. Using my old printer. Did not get it

Came free with printer. Time will tell if it saves time and/or money

This item was really helpful to me and the rest of my family

I cancelled this subscription, did not feel the program was worthwhile for me or my wife. We still got one shipment, which was rather interesting since it came within a couple of weeks of our printer purchase.

I haven’t used it yet but I plan to in the near future

I didn’t care for this at all. You pay a monthly fee and it’s a pain in the butt when you need ink. Once you decide you don’t want this service and cancel, you have to take thief ink out and go to the store and purchase ink.

Always run out of ink when you need to do some work. this will be great

Again, cartridge ink is becoming old and still costly.

What a waste. Sometimes would get new cartridges before the first was done and overcharged because it counted pages printed vs just paying for the cartridge itself... other times we would be without ink waiting on a new cartridge ro be shipped. Ultimately a hassle that cost far more than just replacing your own ink cartridge when necessary. I would never recommend this.
