I didn’t care for this at all. You pay a monthly fee and it’s a pain in the butt when you need ink. Once you decide you don’t want this service and cancel, you have to take thief ink out and go to the store and purchase ink.

I cancelled this subscription, did not feel the program was worthwhile for me or my wife. We still got one shipment, which was rather interesting since it came within a couple of weeks of our printer purchase.

I selected the highest printed pages and I still ended up paying extra charges for printing or copying. Any money that may be saved on the print cartridges is offset by the extra charges for printing more than your allotted pages

It's hard to use and it's to pricy for little ink that you get L!

What a waste. Sometimes would get new cartridges before the first was done and overcharged because it counted pages printed vs just paying for the cartridge itself... other times we would be without ink waiting on a new cartridge ro be shipped. Ultimately a hassle that cost far more than just replacing your own ink cartridge when necessary. I would never recommend this.

This plan seemed like a good idea, until I decided I needed to cut expenses and stayed hwre. My FULL cartridges were rendered completely useless because I wasn't paying the monthly fee. What a waste! I'm purchasing cartridges and will just tell them to save money instead.

The ink is okay but it says that I printed more than what I did

The HP instant ink program is a royal "PITA" if you get my drift. I do not print that much, but I have only received ink one time in more than a year. If I have to be a part of this program to own an HP printer, I am finished buying HP printers. Even the printer isn't that good. It's tightly tied to HP's own app and hard to use otherwise. I would not recommend subscribing to the instant ink program.

I had no idea how many pages I printed per month. Obviously too many because I was 900 pages over in the first month - with a hefty $60 charge. Why pay per page? Sometimes only a few lines are printed on one page. It doesn't seem right. This Instant Ink is advertised as a great deal. I personally would rather purchase my own ink cartridges. I cancelled the service after one month and three days. But be careful when you cancel because you are no longer able to print until you replace the 'Instant Ink' cartridges with cartridges that you have purchased. It seems as if paying for ink usage instead of pages printed would be a better idea.

I was not able to use the card. My printer could not connect to HP.

Would recommend this product to anybody ,awesome product.
