Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.never recieved any ink! we have been out of ink for a while now, this was supposed to replenish automatically. it has not and we cannot figure out how to contact anyone regarding how to get ink delivered. this is a ridiculous waste of time and energy. it would be easier and actually cheaper to throw out the whole printer and buy a new one every time the ink runs out.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I puschased instant ink with my hp7520 it's NOT COMPATIBLE the salesman insisted it was a great deal .Being that my wife is a teacher i thought it would go great w/my eprint station with web capabilities , she can pull up coloring books puzzles the works and print it out ! - didnt happen .So watch out when you buy instant ink find out the year of your printer be sure its compatable the bestbuy salesman sold me a 2010 printer in 2014 not even a month ago (sept 2014) its was made before instant ink exsisted buyer beware ! ! !

This subscription makes it so simple-basically stress free. You pick the subscription that best suits you and you will never run out of ink. The system knows when you are running out and delivers the ink cartridges at your doorstep. For my family the 100 pages/month plan works the best. The best part is that it is very affordable. HP even helps you recycle the empty cartridges for free.

The instructions were very confusing in asking for all these confusing codes that were impossible to find. I don't really use a printer very often and I explained this to my salesperson and was assured this was a simple printer and this ink program would work for me. Well it DIDN'T. I worked on installing the printer and this program for over 30 hours with NO satisfaction. I would ask for a refund but I don't have time to jump through all the hoops. THE END

Somewhere in the unreadable ultrafine print (I could never find it), the use of the card is dependent on signing up your credit card with HP. Not a good idea, customer service is impossible as no one seems to know what they are talking about, but they are happy to charge your card.
