HP is just trying to get us to help them make more profits. They should allow stores to sell ink for a price they set. With a lower sales price a store possibly could sell a lot more, therefore making more of a profit which would benefit HP as well. Hey HP, let stores control their own retail business!

This subscription makes it so simple-basically stress free. You pick the subscription that best suits you and you will never run out of ink. The system knows when you are running out and delivers the ink cartridges at your doorstep. For my family the 100 pages/month plan works the best. The best part is that it is very affordable. HP even helps you recycle the empty cartridges for free.

The information was some number that was suppose to be on the receipt . However, that was not available either. Needless to say, I have not benefited from this purchase. There's no way to predict the future and how much ink you will or won't use and so it didn't seem worthwhile for me. I cancelled it. I'd rather just buy the cartridge and not worry about 'monthly' usage/costs or needing to change plan to another amount. Not well explained in store either.

So bad, in fact, I returned the ENVY series printer, and HP company didn't have the wherewithal to stop the Instant Ink even tho I gave them the courtesy of a phone call.
