I ran out of ink after 40 pages and did not get a replacement cartridge for three more weeks.

Your printer send a message to HP and it orders ink for you which is great for business but I don't recommend if you won't be printing much.

If you print a lot of things and hate running out of printer ink than this would be a great plan for you.

I can't get help finding my digital pin code/ key I purchased for hp instaink. I tried to get help with several agents who weren't able to help me. They just kept transferring me. Then when I tried to chat, the agent said thanks and clicked off. I wasted money and had to go through HP, which is what I should have done in the first place. It's a gimmick.

tried to order redeeming card purchased, Did not allow code. to be inserted. Result was another card received but no ink cartridges. Would not believe it was so hard to get ink cartridges. Have been out of ink for almost a week. I was told by daughter what a great way to never run out of ink!!! PLEASE ADVISE!!!!

I would hardly use ink and then it would dry out so I tried this. I think it's still cheaper to just buy the ink.

This was pretty useless. I didn't even need it so it was tossed in the trash.

I am not satisfied what I really expected. It is like pranks.

I think this might be a good deal for some but not for many others. To much surveillance by out side source.

It overcharged when it was not even near the 300 page limit the point of $9.99 monthly not more

I could do without this instant ink plan. I don’t print very often. This purchase is a burden.

I don't like the idea of counting pages printed. It's a nice idea but I just prefer to buy ink when I run out.

I don't like my credit card information on HP so I wanted to buy a prepaid card this unfortunately didn't work

I am having a difficult time registering my new printer for ink. My old printer was also an HP and it keeps referring to that one. I have called (After 40 minutes, I hung up!), and emailed (I was sent a case #, but don't really have time to wait another 20 min. for help!). I ran out of ink and had to purchase it from Office Depot.

Questioning this purchase. The limited amount of printing will probably prove to be too little to continue this plan.

Pu chased with new HP printer, we are supposed to get 3 or 4 months free, not sure we will keep after the promotional period expires.

What do you have to do to get ink? I have printed out over 50 copies already. Too much of a hassle. Just buy the ink. It's worth the extra money.

Too frustrating. Because I don't print anything at all the next month even though I have more than enough ink in pages you disconnect my printing privileges via the Internet connection because my bills due I'm sorry HP with this is epic Prada failed. I just want regular ink now can't even print till tomorrow
