I'm concerned about running out of ink. HP has not mailed me a back up and, as a Realtor, I cannot afford to run out of ink.

We bought this for our daughter for college printer. Never could get it set up right. Finally gave up

Took over two weeks to send a card. NO explanation except "be patient".

Purchased the HP instant ink enrollment plan in June, however we have not received the initial one month 50 pages of ink.

I have called Best Buy to find out how to redeem the ink and so far I have been transferred 5 times with no help. Can someone tell me how this program works. I purchased the printer and the Instant Ink because of how I understood it to work. At this point it is just a waste of money. I am about too order ink now for my printer and pay for it again. No one understands the program or who to transfer me too.

I got free with our printer, but didn’t think it was worth it. Seemed too complicated.

It was way to expensive and it is very easy to go over the limited amount they give you .

When I purchased this item, I was expecting to always receive ink for my printer when it was low. But unfortunately that’s not the case. My printer takes 4 different colors and out of the 4 , I was only shipped 1 while the other 3 are empty.

I don’t need this because I don’t use printer too often

Rip off. Ended up with an error message which wouldn’t allow me to print. Not cool when working from home. Had to cancel plan totally, go buy my own ink, mail back their ink which was new and still wait a month before they would stop charging me.

Haven’t used this because I have to join a monthly membership

i had a plan for a year when i cancelled and after getting my first refill, i found out that the cartridges they send you will not work after you cancel. I only needed new cartridges once over the year and then when i got them i cant use them. HP's position is that they are not selling you the ink, then what are they providing if its my printer and my paper?

not for me. too pricey for the amount of printing I do on a regular basis

In order for you to get the $5 card you need to enroll in a monthly contract to purchase paper which is not right. If it's given as a gift for your purchased you should not be obligated to enroll into a monthly purchase in order to get it. Once you make a purchase the customer should be given the gift with no attachment.

Geek squad couldn't solve sign up for HP auto ink. HP hasn't solved problem after an hour on the phone and hasn't called back with a solution as promised. 2 trips to Best Buy and phone to Hp not answered as promised. I'm about out of ink and patience--I can find better things to do with my time. HP should give me free ink forever!

Returned to store...don't use enough ink to justify signing up for auto delivery

Didn’t work on my printer , I end up going to the store when I was out of ink to buy more ink or ordered online. I registered the ink plan and the printer says it was done , however when the ink is low the printer let me know that the ink is low. No service came when it was supposed to let you reorder the Instant Ink .

Will not buy again - dumb Idea! -- Hard to understand what and how Ink replacement work -- supper dumb !

I bought these assuming they could be used as a prepaid balance on HP instant ink, wrong! These can only be used to set-up a new account so don't buy more than one and really they are just advertisement as you don't need them to set up a new account, you just need a debit/credit card. HP did handle the issues for me but don't waste your time if you think you can use these to pay for the service.
