Haven’t used it since we do not print a lot. Did not feel we needed a monthly plan.

never use it because the prices are very expensive. I found other ways to save money

They are trying to get more money from you on doing monthly subscription, so I am currently having 10$ subscriptions so for a year I need to pay 120$ which looks like for me I am spending more money. I had to do it because I got one of the printer hp envy 5014 which works on the monthly subscription. Bad to the core.

i went back to the store wanting to return and cancel the entire purchase including items i got free like this, but i went back to the store to return the printer and i was charged for it, but i want to cancel everything, it's not fair to charge me for something i received for free

Only giving this one star due to fact upon purchase I was told I would receive a 6 month subscription however upon pickup I received a “ 2 moth subscription “ in the form of a $5 promo card. Not at all what was advertised.

Good if you can max out the use or your huts throwing money away monthly

This was not worth the cost. Much cheaper to just pick up cartridges when needed.

Good promo for the money. The deal is good but still deciding whether to keep the service after the promo ends.

This product was helpful to me as I no longer run out of ink when I need it most.

The only reason to get this product is if you do a lot of printing. If you don’t, you will be held hostage to continue paying for this plan. If you chose not to continue, the printer will stop working with the ink cartridges provided by the plan and you would need to purchase new cartridges if you want your printer to work.

I try to use HP ink but i think this is ok but i would rather buy it when i need it.

This was supposed to be a free card if I wanted to do the never run out of ink thing, which I told them I didn't want and bought extra ink for the purchased printer. They sent this item ANYWAY and even though the "card" was for "free" I was charged 5 bucks for it. Even though I said no, and purchased my own ink!!! Hua?

The card I had was missing a number had to call HP directly to get straightened out.....took an hour of my day.

This is primarily an opportunity for hp to bill you fixed amount monthl, regardless how much you actually use.

Biggest hassle ever! I thought it sounded so great, but this crazy pay as you go plan keeps your printer from simply working. All these crazy apps and hoops to jump through. Not even close to worth it! Literally 1/2 the time I can't even print from my laptop. Crazy thing says offline even when it's on. Thanks for NOTHING.

I wish HP offered larger print packages for students. Just for school, I print over 300 pages per month.

Whether or not you use your printer you are locked into a monthly payment and when (note I said when) you decide to cancel the plan HP disables your printer cartridges AND charges you for an additional month. So totally not worth the costs.

I'm sure it's good, but I just don't print that often...

This is something I never wanted or would use. It came free with printer. My office manager will buy my ink through their supplier. No need for this. This was attached to the printer and don’t think the sales associate realized it since Best Buy told me to pick up my order which was this item. I have it in my desk drawer Buried

Just a way to get money out of you. I know when I'm running low and can get ink cheaper.
