Signed up for instant ink day of setting up printer. They have no record of my account and not helpful for cancelling service. Do not give credit card # for enrolling, Had to contact my credit card for future fee if any from instant ink charges. Poor customer service on phone and thru internet. do not apply for, you will be sorry.

Too much money for our printing needs and card had little value over long term.

This is a very expensive way to keep ink available in your printer

Order a new printer and it came with it. Only my printer is not eligible.

It is a gimmick as far as I am concerned. You have to commit to a regular schedule for ink and if you don't use it up it is a waste. Ink is dated

You can't use this "free gift" that comes with your printer unless you create an account and give them your payment info. Also, my HP printer stopped working within about a year so I'm glad I didn't waste my time with this. You would need to do a LOT of printing for this to be useful.

This program may work for some, but for me it seemed too invasive. They know how many sheets of paper you print at any time and you can be up-charged for going over the amount you claimed you would use. The ink does not always work and its a hassle to get customer service to replace the cartridges. I quit after 3 weeks.

slow process, I'd ran out of ink and I have yet to receive refill in the mail.

You have to sign up for Hp's Instant Ink program to received this discount.

This is a stupid item to include with my new printer (which I am quite happy with). The alleged coupon is good only for an online ink subscription. Not usable to buy a cartridge in a store. I do not need a subscription for ink thank-you very much.

so far not working for me, I don't have wireless, so it won't connect even with wired connection.

HP- Instant Ink card I did not use, I don't use it enough.

Never been able to use this plan that comes with the printer.

To use this you have to enroll in monthly subscription to buy ink.

Not even sure what this is. Seems like some kind of ink subscription. Not interested. When I need ink, I need it right away and when I don't need ink, the last think I want is an expensive ink cartridge lying around drying out.

Only go this route for printer ink if you are a regular user that goes through a lot of ink.

Seems every month we went over the limit. This was too costly
