Terrible service

Printer won’t work correctly so returned it. Having a VERY difficult time getting our money back from instant ink, or trying to apply to our new printer. Very Disappointing!! I do not recommend purchasing this “instant ink” plan

Don’t fall for this if for college

Cancelled the plan and won’t be doing this again. I tried several times with HP support to make this work but never did. Waste of time and money for a college printer.

Nice idea poor performance

I was told to wait 4 hours before opening and so I waited days and still occurred. The company believes it has to do with high altitudes but still no resolve. I ended up buying replacement ink from Best Buy

Never do this it's a rip off

They stopped sending ink, had a hard time getting any and if you cancel they disable the cartridge. In 2 yrs I got 1 ink cartridge so I more than paid for the last one and they disable them.
