Along with the HP printer, this was a nightmare to get the subscription stopped and they never gave me back the 5.00 dollars for the initial sign up.

I got this as a added freebie when purchasing a printer. I thought I was going to use it until I read further into the program. The program tracks you, not into that..

I guess I won't even receive the 25 points because i doubt my reviews will be published.

Its not a doscount on a cartridge of ink!! Its a way more difficult binding process.. Plus you have to be online printing to do anything of reward value.

Listen if you going to print a lot of stuff then the plan is worth it but if you not then I wouldn’t recommend it at all it not worth it in that case

The replacement ink arrived long before I had used what was in my printer. I was told that this was a good deal but I am still not convinced.

This order didn’t arrive and they call then trying delivery but is not truth. I still waiting for! The deliverers need more attention about this!

Way to confusing and takes you money. I never once got new printer cartridges and then they stopped working once I completed the free trial.

I signed up and paid for this service but so far, I've had to go out and purchase ink supplies twice. Nothing has come in from HP

The code on this card was damages I could not redeem it> Spent over an hr trying to get reissued no one could help me.

Kept telling me had to print the information but I was out of ink so I could not print the information to get the code for it even though there was a code with the 299 offer

I have been out of magenta and cyan for months, I have a bunch of yellow and black ink that they have sent, both of which are still full.

Why would anyone want this I wasted my time driving to the store to pick this up thinking it was printer ink instead it was not worth my time

Waste of money. They never contacted me for ink to replace the crap cartridges that were installed at purchase.

I kept shoving the paper into my printer but the ink levels never change, This is simply muggle parchment. 0/100 would not recommend.

Got this as a bonus with a printer purchase. Went to HP's website and got a message that the code was not valid.

I got this with the purchase of my new HP printer. I just want to buy regular ink cartridges for the printer. HP really pushes this item. Not a fan.

My printing will only be about 10-14 monthly, if that. Would only recommend if one will be printing min. of 50 pages per mo.

Did not track and send new ink as it should have. I had to call for replacement and was without a printer for 3 days

While this might be a great fit for some, it was not for us. We chose not to purchase the program due to our very limited printer use (basic documents, a few pictures, etc).
