I don't need to buy new ink every month, the company send it to my house

The ink program works fine. NO need in going out to the store to buy ink.

I was told about this program from a guy i work with. HP sends you ink when the printer tells them it needs ink. you can sign up to print a certain number of copies a month and the unused pages can rollover.

Found this rather interesting on how the ink will automatically be ordered

HP. This is was a prefect idea for ink. My daughter does a lot of printing, she’s a nursing student. She would run out of ink but with this plan she never does. The convenience & quality is perfect!

What a great concept. My printer tells HP when it needs ink and then ink comes in the mail. The cost is minimal and I am really enjoying this service. Just got my first printer ink in the mail from HP yesterday.
