Easy pay and easy to use, worth the price. Cheaper than buying the cartridges.

I have used this program/product for two months and I am so glad that I decided to try it. I don't even think about ink anymore and that is a good thing. Delivery was awesome and not having to remember which kind I need or when makes me very happy.

Picked up a new laptop and thought about a printer. After looking at an Epson the sales associate recommended the HP. I commented about the expense of ink and cartridges drying out from years prior. This is a great product if you print alot. Especially color or pictures. If you don't like it you can't print as they remotely lock you out of your own printer. I was using the ink that came with my purchase and they still locked me out and wouldn't let me use my own machine. You will be stuck with them forever so just plan on it. If internet goes down you are locked out. I must always pay for internet to now use my printer...it sucks! As far as the ink goes. Ive had this printer for over 2 years and only replaced the cartridge once. They really fill it up but you are paying a monthly price for it. Its convenient as it just comes to your home and they know when to send it. I would recommend it ONLY if you print a LOT of papers. My 3 star rating is b/c they can remotely go in and do what they want with a system you purchase.

Pretty easy to use and very convenient. Once i downloaded the app and added my printer it notifies them when I’m in running low and sent directly by mail. No more spending $45 for ink n save a trip to the store. Also, by downloading the app i have free access to fax on the app pretty cool, I was absolutely excited about that feature bc i was going to UPS $1 per fax. so talk about a save.

Ink replacement for HP printer. It's easy to install and seems to work just fine

When we purchased, we thought we were low on ink. We are just getting to the point that we are going to be changing the cartridges so we will know later how we like it.

This is a great program. You get a $5 prepaid card when you sign up and HP monitors your ink wirelessly. This program cost you $3 a month and it only send you ink when you need it but if you need ink once a month and then the cost is $36 a year which is still well below what you will pay if you need to replace your colored ink and your black ink in the printer. This is one of the best programs I have came across in a long time I highly recommend it!

So far I love this program. You honestly can't beat the price. One of the reasons I bought an HP was because of the HP instant ink. I like that you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and it really does send you the ink when you need it.

Why wouldn't everyone take advantage of this program? Saves a ton of money throughout the year and no shopping is required. They send the ink when you need it and they track when you need it. Great idea and everyone should take advantage of it.

On the surface this looks like a really great way to purchase ink. I will admit that I didn't do much in the way of research regarding the pros and cons of "leasing" ink, but some minor number crunching leads me to believe this will be much more economical than buying ink all the time. I will say that although 100 pages seemed like a lot of pages to have available per month (caveat: I am the only person using the printer), I easily blew through that in just a week. Granted, one of the docs I printed was 80 pages, but the other 20 pages sure seemed to come and go REALLY quickly in that week. That is no fault of HP, but just a fair warning to really analyze your print usage before you decide which plan to choose. The great thing is that even if you don't use your allotment in a given month, unused pages will roll over into the next month. In addition, HP has a site you can go to that will track your usage (when your printer is on), which makes it really easy to see how close you are to your limit and adjust accordingly without any penalty. So far this seems like a really good deal. You can quit at any time and adjust your page count on the fly with no penalty if you find you use more or less pages than you anticipated. The ink comes quickly from HP and there are no postage fees you have to pay. Good luck and I hope this review helped you out!

HP instant ink monitors my usage and sends new ink in time for me to install it and keep going. Reasonable price too.

I have enrolled in this and it is great. I don't have to worry about running out of ink or running out to buy a new cartridge. The cartridges are delivered in the mail. You save a bundle of money with this program. It's a lot easier and cheaper paying $9.99 a month, then buying 6 or more ink cartridges a year at $35 plus each. If you use your printer a lot this is a real money saver. You can recycle your HP cartridges at no cost by mail in the envelope that HP provides when they mail you your new cartridges.

Ink is a great color quality awesome price an excellent idea sending it often

I like the simplicity, buy the package you wish and pay that amount every month you need ink. I have received my first package of ink and it was mailed to me very quickly. IF you research the cost of ink at the store vs this plan and if you fall in one of three categories your cost of ink will definitely be less than in store. example I purchased the 300 page package for 9.99 plus tax vs buying is store ink would be approximately 75.00 and up depends where you buy your ink, for me this is a great deal.

What a great concept that HP is offering to its customers. I won't ever run out of ink nor will I ever have to run to the store late at night to buy more ink. So excited about this auto delivery! And you can't beat the price either!
