Stay away! Once youve realized that you dont print much and dont need the service, youre screwed. When you cancel, even the cartridge that you have in stock would be useless. You wont be able to use it.

I decided to try this out. In the matter of the 2 weeks of having my new printer they sent me my starter kit which includes a black cartridge and a tri color cartridge. Within the next day of receiving the starter kit I received another black and tri color ink. I specifically got the business deal that was free for 5 months because I print a lot for my school.

Ink normally runs for no less than 30 per cartilage! So having to pay only $3 or $5 a month, depending on how many pages you print, is absolutely worth it. In a year, I will be spending what I would spend on one ink cartilage for my printer. And before this, I use to change my ink cartilage a handful of times within a year, so you can imagine all the money I am saving now.

I love this program. I do a lot of printing and really appreciate having the ink on hand when I need it. Plans are adjustable so if you can anticipate doing more or less printing you can change your plan. Also, you can log on to your account and see an update of how much you have printed for the month. You also get rollover prints of you didn’t use them all up. Really a great program.

The ink is a nice quality and prints nice. I like that the ink is sent to the house. Very convenient

debated on purchasing this but am glad we did. have used them once so far and they were very helpful and i was really impressed with their knowldge and the quality of there work and assistance.

I absolutely love this system. The idea that I can pay a low monthly fee and have printing ability without having to monitor my ink is GREAT!!

Recd replacement cartridges after the first week. Was notified of number of copies printed. There is a need to keep track of number of copies printed.

I think this program will be a good one once we get the delivery schedule figured out. Had a large project and ran through my monthly ink very quickly.

Would recommend to friend, seems like good thing for printing ink, and convenient.

this program is great for you if you do a lot of printing, I have already received my first shipment of ink and haven't run out of what came with the computer. ships for free right to your home.

I've never used a service like this before, but I am anxious to see how well it works. I may have subscribed to too much replenishment, but it was easy to sign up and appears easy to revise.

Never run out of ink again. I love the idea of having the ink delivered to me when I need it. And I really love that I don't even have to remember the printer model to figure out the ink it take. The printer sends a report to HP and they send the ink to my home. I have the minimum plan and probably will not use all the pages but the convenience is well worth the money.

Even though we have only received one package of ink since we started, we would have spent more buying ink at the store. The cartridges have more ink in them so they last longer Still cheaper than buying once a year at the store. Plus you can change the number of copies (along with the price) and it also carries over some of the un used pages per month.

Where has this been all my life. The system is monitored and will send you new ink when you are running low and monitors you prinitng output. I could not ask for anything more. I have 5 students in my house including myself (3 college and 2 grade school). With the amount of reports and paper due this program comes in handy. One thing I like is that they don't start billing you until you replace the orginial supplied ink.
