I had a HP printer before but I went to Best Buy to purchase ink and it was so expensive so I looked at new printers and decided to purchase a new one just because of this brilliant idea of refills on ink. I would always need ink when I had low funds then would always forget to buy ink when I went to store. So it was either always have another ink cartridge readily available so I chose this option instead & that’s what I did.

I am still having some problems with printing some things. I even tried it from my iPhone and had the same problem but I went to my daughters house and was able to print it out without having any problems.

It has all the features I want except it does not automatically print an item on both front and back of the page. My old one a HP 7520 did this, so I was disappointed on this feature. Otherwise this printer works great.

I subscribed to HP Instant Ink when I bought a HP computer 5 years ago. When I switched computers I stuck with another HP Printer and received the same deal. Never had a bit of problem, always have ink cartridges ready to install. Love the service.

Purchased this plan because I was tired of running out of ink and going to a store only to find they no longer had the cartridge I needed in stock.

Best decision and saved SO much money already!!! Ink delivered to my door before I run out, I can change my subscription depending on how busy (printer wise) the month will be.

There's nothing more frustrating than having worked on getting a project out and getting stalled because my printer ran out of ink (especially black ink). This program has eliminated my frustration.

I never run out of ink. HP monitors my ink levels and sends me cartridges well ahead of running out of ink. Very convenient and cost effective (I’ve done the math).

The offer for this service came with the purchase of an HP Printer (previouly reviewed). I've had this service for less than a month and a box arrived with new ink. Well before it was needed according to printer ink details. Let's see if I begin to be overwhelmed by arrival of ink before it is needed.
