THE INITIAL SET UP WAS NOT HORRIBLE, BUT IT DID TAKE SOME WORK TO GET WIFI TO LATCH ON. BUT AFTER THAT EVERYTHING HAS WORKED FLAWLESSLY. VERY PLEASED.

Good print quality. Fast. Not easy to get up and running, but not impossible. Toner reservoir is small and a bit pricey.

I tried to setup this printer on my Wifi network per the included instructions, which refer you to the app. The app found my printer but couldn't find my 2.4 network, though no other devices have problems including my phone when not using the app. I then went through the included troubleshooting documentation which was useless because the printer wouldn't connect with WPS. I don't entirely blame that on the printer as I've had that problem with other devices. My final attempt was to use the included DVD and physically connect via USB. At that point it couldn't find the printer over USB, but it gave me an option to put a link on my desktop to configure at a later time. Once I clicked on that, the Wifi setup was easy enough and I was able to disconnect the USB. It should not have been that hard. I assume that I may have been able to find the software on the DVD online, but none of the setup instructions reference a place to download other than the app. If that isnt available to download and you dont have an optical drive, you wouldn't be able to setup the Wifi on the printer.

This is a great printer that we put to the test everyday and never have had one issue. Will purchase another when needed

Printer has decent print speed and the WiFi reception is great! Very satisfied with this printer for the price. I wish it came with a color option.

So far this is been a great printer. It fits nicely on the office counter top, does not take up much room. Easy to download software from the HP site.

Fast wireless setup. Laptops and phones just connect to it, no hassle! Print quality is good. Will see how long the toner lasts..

Great printer, easy to setup, you do have to use the cd that comes with it, but it works on the first try.

The printer seems to be of descent quality for a fairly inexpensive item. I bought it for its small size, which makes it a good fit in a small area.

Best little printer...no bells or whistles, but it does exactly what I need it to do and has been super reliable.

It works well for what I need it for, use it for written documents only, Was easy to set up and ready to go in a short time.
