Printer was easy to set up and is working just fine

Love the compact design. Easy to set up. Great value.

Compact black and white laser printer perfect for home use.

Could not get my work laptop connected via wi fi but was able to connect home laptop and our two iphones very easily. Mainly bought for work though and it is a pain hooking it up with a cable each time I need to print. I am assuming the security on the laptop will not allow for wi fi hookup.

Good quality basic printer with wireless capabilities.

For years I've had an old gov't surplus Dell 2230d that printed only in B/W. I got a new computer and the Dell isn't compatible with Windows 10 software. I got this HP laser after reading the reviews and because my printing needs are minimal. So far, it does the job. Will it will last me 30 years like the Dell? Who knows...we'll hafta see!

Worked fine for a few months. One day I changed my network password and the printer naturally disconnected from all devices (that's normal). However - I was not able to reconnect it again (restarted the printer, the devices and went through all the troubleshooting steps). I even got in touch with Support - that's really when I made the decisionto give this a 1 star - after about 15 minutes I got the first instruction - to print a test page, still waiting since for about 7 minutes.. at this point it's simply not worth the time.. Big disappointment.

Good value. We do have to make sure the paper tray is set so that when the copy comes out it does not curl under and go back through the printer as page two. If it had a slightly longer "catch" try, it would be better. Otherwise it is compact and has given us good quality copies.

We are super impressed with this laserjet. Previously we were using one of those fancy printers- scan, fax, photo, etc. and even though we were printing black and white text pages, the ink kept emptying. It was costing us a fortune. This is the way to go if you are looking for a simple home printer.

I purchased this printer to use in my home office. Setup was quick and easy and I was able to start printing quickly. I has handled every document very well. The only downside that I have for this unit is that it does not auto duplex. Other than that, it has been a great buy.

Great if you just want quick black and white printouts

Well made and cartridge lasts as described. only issue is that intermittently, it will drop out of wifi AirPrint for no reason, needing to be cycled off and on to reconnect.

This was so simple my mother excels at using this.

This is a very good laser printer for basic home use. There are some issues loading paper, and it isn't convenient for mass print jobs. However, it does most regular things quite well.

I have always been a fan of hp printers and this one has not disappointed. It was bit more difficult to print from my phone initially, but after downloading the app it functions flawlessly. I do not print many pages and appreciate having printer ink that does not "dry out".

Perfect, set up was not a problem. I don't like the fact that it does not shut off automatically. So now I print and shut it manually. For light users, it should be auto off from the factory settings.

The only reason for a review with as many as three stars is that Best Buy's service was good although the 2 week return window is skimpy with something like a printer when a person has to hammer on it for several before deciding that it is not going to work. A intelligent and interested Best Buy associate made an honest effort and then said that they would set it up on line for $39.95, but that makes no sense considering the low price of the printer. NOW, here is what Best Buy could do: pressure manufacturers to produce printers that can be made to work without resorting to a Geek. The internet is full of complaints from people who are making the point that I'm now making.

It’s a nice printer, but after switching to a faster router, couldn’t reprogram to the new router. Even the Geek Squad couldn’t reprogram it. Was very satisfied with the printer up until now.

If you’re looking for a simple, small, as compact as they come, laser printer. This is your printer. WiFi enables allows me to print from any device once it’s connected to wifi, which took all of about 5 minutes. And for the price, it’s a great deal.

Very happy with this printer. No complaints. It is very basic. I only wish that that it had a sliding guide on the feeding tray to keep the paper or envelops straight for printing.
