HP support frustrating

After 2 hours on the phone with HP tech support,they Finally agreed to send a replacement. Of course they promised to send the same model but what arrived was a monster sized Generation 1 printer that barely fit in the fedex delivery truck. So after another 60 minutes on the phone they promise to resend a new printer that is same size as original. It has t arrived yet. Oh yeah they make you give credit card info to them on the phone to ensure you mail them back the defective Printer. If you do not mail back the old one they charge you full price. Still waiting on my replacement!
