The instructions consisted of 4 sentences. I had to google a link to a video which sent me to the page where I could finally install the software. The printer is now connected to WiFi which was how I learned it will not work with Windows 10. Period. Just, nope. I have unplugged, re-started, changed the router, changed the WiFi, etc. etc. Can't leave Windows 10 which is installed and administered by work. I guess it's my fault for assuming that the printer would work with one of the three major operating systems latest update, I mean what was I thinking?!? I'm sad because I had high hopes although based on the last HP experience I don't know why. Wouldn't buy the 5 star reviews. Debating on returning to BestBuy or just acknowledging that printing companies all suck and therefore might as well just take something that prints from a phone and live with it for the rest of my life. After all, why bother driving to the store for another brick that doesn't work?
