    It has proven to be a very frustrating and expensive process to get our new Laser Jet M15w working. After getting it home we quickly learned that the Directions are useless. Actually beyond useless. Took it back to the store where 3 different members of their Geek Squad tried and gave up. They recommended calling their In Home Service. Of course, that comes at an additional cost. Their In Home Geek worked on it for over 3 hours which included a long call to their advanced support. Bottom line, it now works. The problem (as noted above) was with terrible instructional info, not with hardware of software.

    This laser printer is perfect for home office. Toner gives about 4 cents a page.

    This is a nice printer for what we need to use it for. We asked our online associate if it had scanning capabilities, which was an important feature for us. They said it did. After we opened the box, we found out it does not. To me, that was very misleading.
