Exchanged it for a 477dw. would work for a home office.

Every time i need to print something I have to forget device and reconnect. It puts itself into offline mode when ever it feels like and when trying to print on both sides, with long side selected you never know if the back page will be upside or right side up. Unfortunately I didn't start having problems until the second week I owned this paper weight and was pass the 15 day window to return it. It was the cheapest laser printer best buy offered and now I know why.

This printer leaves black ink marks on every single page & is overall not a quality machine. My old printer broke & i purchased this replacement printer because of cost and reviews however I made a mistake as it consistently is jammed, prints pages zoomed out for no reason, the pages print off center & crooked. 10/10 would not recommend this printer unless printing is something you do not do often

I've had this printer for like, three days and it already has a chronically "offline" problem! I wish I could figure out how to spend this much time offline, really amiable. Save yourself the trouble and just don't buy a printer, ever, because after all the research I did pointing me to this one it still falls flat on it's stupid little face. Thanks for nothing :(

Labels printed are not useable because the toner will not fuse to the label surface. There is a "Label" setting in the Print dialog box along with several other media types. None of them work. The printer works perfectly well on plain paper. I don't intend to return the printer as I have an additional use for it.

The setup was little complicated because there is no display that tells you to which internet network you are connecting to, so u need to download the app first either from PC or cellphone. The only complaint I have is that every time I need to print I have to start the printer manually because the auto on/off feature doesn't seem to work even if the settings are ok. But for a laser printer and the price I paid for, I can live with it.
