I got this a few days before my birthday as a gift and had to return it within 2 days unfortunetely. The WiFi stopped working completely on the second day I got it, even after rebooting numerous times. It was the day I was going to return it, that is started working again. Also, I became suspicious when I heard HP laptops develop hinge problems in the future. I don't know if that would've been a problem with this one, but the touchpad was cheap feeling and was likely to be unusable in the future. Other than WiFi, it wasn't a bad experience when I used it

Was great for about a year with absolutely no problems. Suddenly became unusable after a year with no apparent cause. There seems to be a problem with the screen that is common with this computer. Screen and keyboard blinks in and out making it unusable and other reviews we’ve seen have all reported a similar timeline with this very same issue (about a year and 3 months). We should have done more research before purchase.

Good product overall. Does get hot when gaming but not more so than other gaming laptops. Occasionally the track pad will feel off when clicking but does not stop functioning

Its okay for the price. Its not one of the models that blue screens but still not sure about how long this will last
