Bought this laptop to replace a 2016 HP Envy. Perfect replacement for years to come. $950 on black friday wont really be used for gaming but the option is open with the RTX card. Only complaint is how short the charger is.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the service I recently received at one of your stores. I have been a paying Best Buy/Geek Squad member for over five years, and during that time I have relied on the program with the understanding that it covers issues related to wear and tear, accidental damage, and product defects. Recently, I brought in my laptop because the housing around the touchpad had cracked. This was not caused by misuse or neglect — it appeared to be either normal wear, a structural defect, or accidental damage, all of which I believed were covered under my membership. However, when I brought the device in for evaluation, the representative informed me that the repair would not be covered. No clear explanation was provided as to why, and the decision contradicted the coverage terms I have been paying for over the past several years. Instead of receiving support, I was turned away without any meaningful assistance or alternative solution. As a long‑time member who has consistently paid for this protection, I feel this decision was unfair and inconsistent with the service I was promised. I am requesting the following: A review of my case and the denial of coverage Clarification on why this repair was refused despite the membership terms A resolution that honors the coverage I have been paying for I value the services Best Buy provides, but this experience has left me questioning the reliability of the membership I’ve invested in for years. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.

Nice machine. Took me less than 30 minutes to make connections to Internet, Wi-Fi Printer drivers, update auto-fill user I.D. and passwords. Sixteen-inch display is a blessing for these old eyes. Windows 11 has some things I don't like but it seems to be faster than Win 10.

A solid gaming laptop if you're able to get a good deal on it. Only complaint is how much oil smudges you'll create with it.

This was for my son in high school. He says the battery life is not great. He feels he can find a better laptop with a better value

it would overheat quickly, lag alot and it would get dirty so fast even tho i clean it every 2-3 days

Not super strong but gets the job done, plays games good but stay away from physics based sandbox’s

I am happy with this computer. The only thing I miss is num pad on right, but I have a wireless keyboard when I am doing my accounting stuff!

Gets hot very wuickly. Cord does not charge without hitting the right spot. I like it. Just these issues.
