The video and graphics on this laptop are OK, but it crashes when playing games from 2004. Also, it struggles to connect to Wi-Fi (sitting right next to my router), and will take 10 minutes to load anything online (dial up would be faster). What a joke. Spend more for a higher quality laptop. Do not waste your time or money here.

Don't buy this! I went through two of them, both had problems with WiFi brand new out of the box. Tried reinstalling drivers, doing all windows updates, reset network settings, and verified my network was not the issue. I even spent time with geek squad over the phone to no avail. After researching online this seems to be a common issue, so I finally went back and bought a Lenovo for cheaper, and it actually works.

The battery failed after 8 months of use and had to be replaced. Had to purchase an extended warranty because I am not sure if this computer can last very long.

Don't expect the keyboard to last you. Rarely use this since i bought out. When i did use it for a few fays in a row. One of the keys stopped working.

Nice build quality, and fortunately, the Wi-Fi card is a little bit laggy.

Has WiFi connectivity issues. Ethernet works fine.

Purchased 2 new out of the box and WiFi would connect and disconnect if the WiFi card on this machine actually worked properly it would be a 4-5 star review. Not happy with it.

Have this for 3 years and literally had to throw it away, as we were told the entire motherboard is fried!

This laptop is so slow and i done all the updates, and the key board never lights up when you open the lid, im returning it for another brand staybaway from this hp.

Was fantasic but returned was wating a touchscreen and this did not have that

Loved this laptop I only used it to play sims up until it completely stopped working on me less than a year later and best buy wants to charge more than I paid on it just to see what is wrong. Horrible laptop.

Its a good laptop but only has one m.2 slot for ssd upgrade

The computer I received was defective. Brought it home, ready to fire the thing up. Pulls up a god dang error screen. One or more of the cooling fans was broken, had to return it, brand new. Very disappointing, I did some more googling and decided to not go with this model due to its known issues with black screening and of my personal experience.

Had it for 2 days, downloaded 3 games on it before nothing started to work right. Unable to uninstall programs (like an EA account) or even REMOVE desktop ICONS when i UNINSTALLED the program associated with it. Simply awful and its convinced me never to own a PC again with just how MANY things go wrong with it. Just not impressive at all.

I have had nothing but problems with this computer, mostly with the mouse. I disabled the pad and bought a wireless mouse and I still have issues. It starts going crazy and clicking all kinds of things without me even touching it. Started after a few months of purchasing.

Do not buy, wireless network card issues. Know wireless's issues disconnects randomly or will not connect when booting up.

I can't connect to Wi-Fi in my bedroom. MY HOUSE IS VERY SMALL IT SHOULD WORK EVERYWHERE IN MY HOUSE PLEASE HELP. Don't BUY

Crackling in speakers and the sound was really low when playing music.

Love it! Doesnt overheat, good keyboard layout, great size and screen!
