    my order was made more than a week ago and I chose same day delivery. and what happened? I still haven't received my laptop!!!!! Best buy is the most disgusting service that can be imagined. I will never use this store again and do not advise anyone. the attitude towards their customers is disgusting!!! I would rather buy this laptop on amazon!!!! Bestbuy you are disgusting and incompetent!!!!
