This is the second hP omen I have bought in 2 years. I love how these machines just do what I want right out of the box. My first one did have a problem with the hard drive and had to be replaced and the keyboard has some keys that are not working so I just use an external keyboard.

I am a first time buyer and an everyday gamer, i can tell you for a fact it will not be my last buy from best buy. Professional, helpful and no B.S is what you get from Best buy team, and i couldn't be happier with my new computer. Definitely a top choice for someone looking to buy a computer!

Great computer, super fast and reliable. I bought 4 of them for employees and they've all worked great. Only downside is there is no 10-key number pad but we all have separate keyboard and mouse anyway.

I’ve had this laptop for a couple of months. I’m running video editing and photo shop at the same time. It does get bogged down but only when I push it hard. Really good laptop. Especially love the color coding keyboard. Helps when I’m working late at night.

This computer is a powerhouse and looks great. The RGB keyboard is really cute, and the display and sound are both top notch. Fast FPS. The only drawback is that it's noisy--the fans kick in even at low level use and whirs loudly.

Great laptop - very versatile and good battery life

Solid gaming laptop - seems very sturdy. Great value for the money. Quick graphics, games played/looked much better than on my old desktop. I liked it enough to buy a second one!

It's a good machine, but the battery life isn't good. Even if you are using Microsoft Word, you might have 2 hour's of battery life.

For.some.reason this computer and seems like.many other hps have an issue with bluetooth connecting. Every other aspect.of the computer works flawlessly just cant use bluetooth earbuds it connects then you get no sound

Super fast! Got after my asus of 5 years was starting to die down. Live it - only thing no number pad on right side which I was used too but I’ll adjust!

Bout it two years ago. It ends up holding very well. The power you get for the price is amazing.

This laptop computer looks great and runs fast. I was looking for a laptop to replace my older unit that ran on Windows 8.1. I wanted a replacement that would have equal or better specfications than this older laptop and this model with this configuration met my needs to my satisfaction. Delivery was delayed by one day due to bad weather, but it was worth the wait.

It works amazing for gaming! I use it for Overwatch, and it runs super smoothly. Graphics are great, and the PC itself is beautiful.

I have had an Omen laptop before and decided to upgrade with another. I also have an Omen PC. I love the speed and the graphics .

The performance of the pc is excellent. There are 2 major downsides: Screen quality and type-c charging. Screen brightness is low at around 250 nits and the color coverage is very low, at least I want to see 100% srgb color coverage. Type-c charging: Even though it is in the pc specs, this pc does not support USB-c charging. I tried 3 different chargers and non of them charged the pc. If you don't care about screen quality and USB-c charging, probably you will like this pc

Did expect to buy a newer model of this brand, honestly. With my previous one starting to go on it’s last legs, I wanted to get a new laptop before it finally gave up. To my surprise, this laptop was a huge step up. Without going into detail, this is a very smooth laptop that has run cool so far with no real hiccups in terms of gaming (though I mostly play medium spec requirement games, the heaviest game I have is GTAV) Can recommend, it gets the job done and even more done.

Got this gaming laptop at a very good open box deal at Best Buy 236. Had wanted to upgrade my laptop and this did the job just fine.

I hit the Internet searching for a few seemingly innocuous, but VERY specific must-have business system requirements: • 16 GB RAM, ethernet card, backlit keyboard, HDMI port, min 15” screen, full HD Apparently, laptop manufacturers don’t think business systems need hardwired connections, HDMI ports and backlit keyboards anymore, because just those 3 filters alone slimmed results down logarithmically. (*** Note: There were plenty MUCH more expensive gaming systems supplying those 3 options) Not only did Best Buy’s HP OMEN (Model:16-k0013dx SKU:6503845) meet all of my minimum requirements (and 2 HUGE bonuses - 1 TB 100% SSD & 16.1” screen size) but their price point was unparalleled!

Pretty good for gaming and schoolwork (I like to have multiple tabs open), battery drains a bit faster than I'd like but it works well.
