Excellent computer…has exceeded all my expectations!

Computer is great for what I use it for but the store didn’t give me my 1 TB SSD

This pc is a excellent stating gaming pc and love it.

It is good overall just the battery life's a little short.

I had the good fortune to work with Sebastian again. His customer service is above all the rest, friendly and most knows what he's talking about. I'm thankful for his help.thankyou Sebastian . Cant answer other questions won't be installed until August 27. I'm sure as always everything will be perfect.

Bought this laptop on sale for pc virtual reality and am not disappointed. Half Life: Alex plays great on medium settings. SSD drive is very fast. Wish the RTX 3050 Ti had more than 4GB video memory, but still, this system runs everything I have thrown at it for a great experience.

IF you have fiber internet and use your laptop for browsing, downloads, updating your iphone or even watch videos on youtube, this is the laptop for you. I am not a gamer, so i can't give my opinion on whether it's good for that purpose. OVERALL it all depends on what you are going to use it for.

The hard drive on this machine died in less than two years of use. Like many items Best Buy sells, they are not built to last.

I bought this computer for professional and university use and so far its been a superb combination of technology advancement and lots of joy on my part. Computer downloads and shares files with ease. Im extremely happy i was able to get HP Omen.

Specs and price good. Track pad bad. Followed all updates. Check on HP support page to find it littered with issues around track pad. USB mouse fine. It worked best with my ring finger worst with my pointer finger. Just stops mid scroll and you have to lift and try again. Worse on start up. Anyway, not going to play mess around for a 1200 laptop that doesn't work right out of the box. Already lost several hours I can't get back. Returning. I'm sure there are good onese that don't have this issue but just know if you get it and have an issues, just take it back, and also know its could break down the road.

I was excited to this computer work first day . Second day to 5 min to boot 2nd day to 15 min 3rd day took 45 and last day not at all returned

Good battery life, I'm able to get 3-4 hrs on battery backup. Good Screen Ports in the back help to keep wires organized. Aluminum body would have made it better everything else is just good

I got it for 1300 and it's totally worth it, Pretty fast for daily task and SW development activities, Haven't done any gaming, Only "bad" thing was the battery life, I think most has lasted was 4 hours of straight use.

This was purchased for my son, who is a college sophomore. He had an earlier version of it and had no issues with it. We decided to update and elected to get the newer version. He is satisfied with the product.

Great laptop!!!! My wife edits books for authors. I have always got her the QVC or HSN laptops. Pure Garbage. I guess you get what you pay for.

The HP Omen - 16.1 laptop was easy to set up and I look forward to learning the new features in Windows 11. This is a big upgrade from the old laptop that I had for the last 7 years.

I am amazed at the speed of this laptop. It has 3 USB-A and 2 USB-C ports making connection to things like keyboard and mouse easy. A great value for speed and performance.

The laptop is everything my son wanted which will be used as his school laptop. Working as expected and currently fast and has great keyboard lighting.

Great laptop. My only complaints are it is only 1080p and the 80% keyboard. Otherwise it is thin and light and runs the games I've tried on it.

First gaming laptop I’ve ever bought. Let me say this does not disappoint. I wish I would have done it sooner. The best part was it was on sale.
