Best Buy failed to send the charger with my open box laptop. The chat and phone support has been useless. I've filed a BBB complaint and charged back the purchase on my Amex

Just in two days I started to have issues with this laptop. It crashed twice due to Kernel Power Error. So annoying. Will be returning.

I have used this lap for 3 years, it is an excellent purchase for playing and working (I move a lot for my work). The 3070 supports games like Cyberpunk Elden Ring or Call of Duty very well... Maybe in my opinion the sound system could be improved, but we are talking about a laptop

got this laptop refurbished for half the price, I was nervous because of the bad reviews, but as always for me, I am lucky, no issues, trackpad works fine, fans are super quiet, I can only hear them if I turn them on turbo and even then, that is normal for a gaming laptop, I have had many , battery life is also normal for a gaming laptop, plus if you are not plugged in, you will get low graphics settings, so I never game without it plugged in. Like with any computer, when you first power it on, do all of the window updates first and install all updates until there are no more. Then Goto Nvidia website and get the game ready driver for the 3070 laptops, after that, Goto add and remove software and uninstall the Mcafee crap and you're done, high-end laptop for half the price. oh and no dead pixels.

Powerful but the battery drains like water, otherwise I would recommend it

I bought this computer may 2022 and recently I had to upgrade from 16g ram to 32 and replaced hardware drive and still didn’t fix my problem but it turns out it was the motherboard malfunctioning and Best Buy wanted to charge me $571 dollars so i decided because I think it’s ridiculous for repair. I’m extremely disappointed with this brand hp omen 16. I had to buy lenevo hopefully I don’t have the same issue.

I have finally pulled myself away from Steam long enough to write this. I've been running games at their highest video settings without a single frame drop and the X16 here barely gets warm. It's light, it's strong, and looks dang good. Can't recommend this enough.

Much more better then the previous omen 16 model im very happy

I have to agree with the poor quality build and poor customer support. I have had to ship for repair after only 3 weeks.
