Great laptop. More than I wanted to spend but it's exactly what I needed. Very powerful.

Bought this on sale expecting it to be good for the price with the specs and offers. We very disappointed with performance and quality. Returned after one week of use. Battery life is nonexistent. Computer crashed multiple times doing basic tasks.

Works like a dream, when plugged in it can run the newest games easily.

I can't decide if my settings are bad on some of my games or if the graphics card is just glitchy/faulty. I had to turn off the hardware acceleration in discord and that helped (nothing has frozen or blue screened since then again), but I still end up with glitchy YouTube or Google docs. On the other hand, it runs speech pulse (heavy graphic card intensive speech to text program) well. It hasn't gotten super hot yet, I do use it with a cooling fan lap desk. But the screen flickers and freezes are a major let down on a laptop in this price point on what I regard as simple applications. I have updated all drivers multiple times in a quest to fix it, but nothing has helped, even turning all hardware acceleration off.

Battery life is decent, plays the few games i do play with out an issue, so far its been pretty flawless

PC is wonderful! Can run everything on high. Bought this open box in excellent condition. It was certainly not in excellent condition. Had food residue on top and finger prints all over the screen

Ive had this laptop for about 6 months and ive had nothing but issues. First, I had to do a full cloud reset recently because the wifi adapter stopped working, and now my bluetooth has stopped working. HP support is bascially useless. The fan noise is also extremely loud. Do yourself a favor and get something else.
