Bad Display or Graphics card right out of box

Once I started up a stream the screen froze up and became unresponsive. I was able to replicate the crash to make sure it wasn't an isolated incident. Returned it and purchases an ASUS ROG

Bought this open box in excellent condition. It was certainly not in excellent condition. Had food residue on top and finger prints all over the screen
