This laptop runs extremely well. I use this for engineering and architecture programs and it works extremely well. For games, it is quick and smooth. However, the battery life does not last very long. As long as you can find ways to conserve the battery, it works great. Always have the charger by you.

Performance is great. Its not too big or bulky so its easy to bring around on the go. Battery life is pretty good, especially with the discrete graphics and LED keyboard disabled. Had it for a month without any issues.

This laptop is powerful. Runs current AAA GAMES no problem. My only complaint and the reason why I’m only giving 4 stars is the battery life isn’t great. Just casual web searching and YouTube will drain the battery in less than an hour even in eco mode and with graphics and performance turned down. Highly recommend if you are gonna be near a power outlet, but for travel and mobility probably not the best.

I DJ and graphic design videos and i must say the quality makes the imagine look very realistic. The processing is very fast and easy to use. However, for the music and graphics when trying to display on screen it had difficulties switching my hard drive data from apple to hp. But by far i wish it didnt because this was a far better option then apple.

ive seen alot of negative things about this laptop but ive not seen any issues. its probably better then my desktop tower and with the fact it was on sale kinda made it a no brainer. i wouldnt grab it on full price but if you can get the $1500 on sale price like i did its totally worth it.

The only thing I disliked about this machine is that it was a returned item. Otherwise it awesome and my son is pleased with the device. It has the storage and capacity needed for his gaming. Plus my sales person was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great performance, suits basic school and office needs. Does well at most games (performance heavy). Not the biggest fan of the dedicated buttons (e. G. Copilot key, predator) especially since it has replaced existing keys such as the numlovk key or the giant 0 key. Biggest drawback for a portable device is the battery life (lasts 3-3.5 hrs) with moderate levle of strain.

Great computer! I'm able to load up my game in seconds without any lagging. Stays pretty cool but I'd be sure to use a fan anyway.

Not using this for gaming but rather for a CAD program. So far, so good. Pleased w/ speed of processing and general features.

We notice this Omen gaming computer for our son to use for school and home. The speed is out of this world and the graphics are just as nice! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a gaming computer or a school/work computer any day!

Overall it’s a good option for a mid tier gaming experience. It run most of my games (EA play and Xbox app) on a high quality without any issues. Another positive thing is that it doesn’t make a lot of noises compared to other gaming laptops. The only down side is the battery life which doesn’t last more than an hour on a the hybrid mode . You’ll need to have your charger at all times.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Open Box = Brand New. Incredible Deal! Grabbed this HP Omen as an Open Box at Best Buy and it was the best decision ever. The unit arrived in perfect, brand-new condition — zero signs of previous use, everything included, immaculate packaging. The performance is top-notch and the price was unbeatable. I paid significantly less than retail and got a machine that feels like it just came off the factory floor. If you're hesitating about Open Box purchases — don't. This was a flawless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend, 100%!

Absolutely the worst laptop I've purchased. I'm shocked since I've only been using HP computers. After having it 2 almost 3 months the power cord had to be replaced. Which I needed desperately since the battery is so terrible and has to stay plugged in all the time to use it. It's heavy and runs quite loudly. I was told since it's a gaming system it would handle my multitasking with ease. Couldnt be further from the truth. Its slow and glitches. Currently being serviced for geek squad for the screen going black while I'm working. Estimated turnaround is 4 weeks for me to get it back. Already in need of a new laptop after purchasing this one Oct 1, 2025

I jumped in because the cost of laptops and computers + components are skyrocketing! This is likely one of the last amazing deals! Starts up nearly immediately, runs like a dream, great temperatures...it's a GREAT machine!

Provides good graphics for playing games. Screen quality could be better.

This laptop is hyped up for its “amazing fan” that is has to keep your laptop cool at all times … this laptop gets so hot It couldve burnt a hole through my desk. Another thing is the battery life is so short you go from 100% to 20% within minutes. My account seems to get logged out so I have to constantly resign in to enter my pin to get into my laptop. All of this happens even when you have absoluetly no games downloaded yet. Not sure why not a single authetic review video was made.

The other reviews on this had me skeptical. But so far, I haven’t had any issues and it works great. The battery lasts about an hour, which is the only “issue” I’d say. For the price, it’s a great machine.
