    I love my HP Omen I got it for 1175$ instead of 1400 something $ it’s the best I’m so thankful and happy about this purchase

    The product is working as expected, my son loves it thus far. My experience purchasing was not a good one. Payment went through for the PC with no issues, I did curb side pickup. The free digital stuff that came with the PC was cancelled. I called customer service and the only way I would be able to get the free digital items was to return the $1200 PC the day before Christmas and wait 5-7 days to be refunded then repurchase it again. I totally understand it free stuff but I expected to get it. It was unreasonable in my opinion to return the PC to get free digital games etc that I should easily get via email.

    This pc is so good for first time gamers it can run dead by daylight, marvel rivals, overwatch, and more! The graphics also look really good! 10/10 recommend. I am not a bot lol!

    This is a solid little machine. Solid being the main take-away. We ended up returning this because of its limitations. It doesn't have any expansion for hard drives beyond what's currently installed. No place to mount, no additional power supply connectors to even attempt it.

    Honestly this product isn’t too much value for what you get, I found it very locked down in the bios and subpar parts used, missing NVMe screw and only one stick of 16gb ddr5 ram is a big drawback to the system, it’s small form factor is nice but proprietary parts make it impossible to upgrade, only 2 cooling fans seems like a cut corner and no possibility of adding more and adding to the system at all really turned a happy day of purchasing into a bitter day when I tried to use the product for gaming and after about 2 hours it was very loud and started to feel as if it was thermally throttling
