Great gaming computer, even better that it was on sale

I'm beyond disappointed with this PC. I got it because I wanted to play games at high quality on a budget but I spent days trying to troubleshoot it just for it t no work. I tried a DP to VGA adapter because my monitor didn't have a DP port. It didn't work! So, I bought a whole new monitor. It had a DP port, so I plugged that into the PC. Spent hours trying to make it work. All my monitor showed was a menu. When I pressed source, it just showed HDMI and Display signs on the left and no selection or anything. My computer made 3 long beeps and 2 short beeps. I tried EVERY. POSSIBLE. TROUBLESHOOT. Nothing. I am beyond disappointed. Do NOT get this computer if you want an easy set up and good time. I waited so long just to play and nothing worked. I will be buying a better one because this was the worst experience i've ever had. I should've listened to the one star reiews. I tried calling support and the number didn't work for me, I even tried talking to a support agency HOWEVER they just told me to make an appointment and shut down my chat. I can't believe how horribly wrong this went. I'm utterly devastated! DO NOT BUY THIS I AM WARNING YOU.

Great Gaming PC, but after a yr, all of a sudden it won't turn on. My son hardly used it.

Works smoothly and looks nice there where no problems

Power supply has failed after about 22 months. Hours on chat with HP doing stupid things like holding down power and f6 keys. Googling seems that HP doesn’t like to honor warranties. Regret buying it

Good computer, runs games just fine but biggest problem it has is that it crashes all the time even if I’m watching YouTube or Netflix.

Bought it open box and it never worked. Can’t review the computer itself but Best Buy was really good about exchanging and helping me out.

The Best Buy agent racially profiled us, was very rude, followed us through the store until i started recording her, and yelled at me when I asked for an assistant to push my Aunt in the wheelchair. Manager was very disrespectful when I complainted about the behavior and took her side, The computer was obviously used when we opened the box nothing was packed as though it came from the manufacturer, also had a virus on the computer immediaely. The agent was so busy acting ugly, she distracted me, never asked due we need virus protection. Also the wrong headset was put in the box.

Failed to continue to work for my son, We had to replace it. Worked a short while. We had great treatment from the techs at Best Buy. Understanding and painless. We thank them still.

A little over a year and thing goes kaput ! Right after the warranty is up. Thought paying for the ease of not having to build a pc myself was worth it. Not really , can’t figure out why it now won’t display , and keeps a charge after being unplugged. Yikes

This PC started to regularly blue screen after a few months of ownership. It eventually devolved into not being able to power on at all. Took it to my local BB, and they had to send it out to their service center. It was gone for nearly a month before returning in pretty much exactly the same shape it did when I dropped it off. Fortunately, the local manager and Geek Squad staff were super chill and refunded/replaced it with a new computer from a different brand that has, so far, been better in every way. I've never been super-high on HP products as a whole, and this experience has officially cemented my resolve to never own one again.

Not to sure about the product I bought it Dec it needs servicing All ready both pc computers

Its a piece of junk that didnt last even two years.

I bought this for my son less than a year ago and it just completely stopped working. The screen is black and it wont come on. I do not recommend.

It lagged playing grand theft auto. Might as well have bought a dell for this price.
